Sound familiar?

What we hear from customers

A staff mailbox was hacked and a supplier invoice was changed.
MFA isn’t on everywhere — shared mailboxes and admin accounts are gaps.
We pay for Business Premium, but half of it isn’t switched on.
Staff use personal phones and laptops with no controls.
We want Copilot, but we’re worried it will surface HR and finance files.

Where AI helps

Practical AI, switched on with care

Microsoft has built AI into its security products. Which features you get depends on your licence.

Included in E5

Security Copilot

AI-assisted investigation and agents, included with Microsoft 365 E5. Available to other plans on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Built in

Automatic attack disruption

Defender automatically contains compromised users and devices during ransomware and email compromise attacks.

Readiness

Safe Copilot rollout

Microsoft Purview identifies overshared sites and sensitive data, so Copilot only shows people what they should see.

FAQ

Common questions

Is Microsoft 365 Business Premium enough?

For most organisations under 300 users it is a strong baseline. Add-ons such as the Defender suite add privileged identity management, identity threat detection and cloud app controls.

Do we get Security Copilot?

Security Copilot is included with Microsoft 365 E5. Other plans can use it on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Is Microsoft 365 Copilot safe to roll out?

Yes, once oversharing is addressed. Copilot respects existing permissions, so fixing sharing and labelling sensitive data first is essential.
