Business Central · Implementation

Business Central, implemented in weeks — not months

Move finance, sales, purchasing and inventory into one cloud ERP. A fixed-scope implementation, typically live in 6–8 weeks for small businesses and 10–12 weeks for mid-sized.

Sound familiar?

What we hear from customers

Month-end takes a week or more of spreadsheet reconciliations.
Orders are typed in twice — once in the web store or CRM, again in accounts.
Nobody trusts the stock figures, so someone walks the warehouse to check.
We’ve outgrown MYOB or Xero, and consolidating entities is all manual.
We’re worried an ERP project will blow out the budget and staff won’t use it.

FAQ

Common questions

How long does an implementation take?

Typically 6–8 weeks for a small business and 10–12 weeks for a mid-sized one. Scope, number of entities, integrations and data quality are the main factors.

Cloud or on-premises?

We recommend Business Central online. Copilot, agents and the Power BI apps are only available online, and Microsoft handles updates and infrastructure.

How much history should we bring across?

Usually master data, open transactions and opening balances. Older detail can stay in an archive or reporting store, which keeps the new system clean and the project faster.
