Networking · Wi-Fi & site links

Wi-Fi that works everywhere, and sites that stay connected

Professional wireless surveys and design, reliable links between offices, and backup connections so a single outage does not stop trading.

Sound familiar?

What we hear from customers

Dead zones in the warehouse and meeting rooms.
Calls drop when people walk between floors.
When the branch internet goes down, the branch stops trading.
The VPN to head office is slow and keeps dropping.
We pay for a fast plan but uploads are terrible.

What we do

Wireless and connectivity, end to end

Wi-Fi site surveys

Predictive, on-site and validation surveys with signal heat maps.

Wireless design

Access point placement, channels and secure networks for staff, guests and devices.

Site-to-site links

Secure VPN or SD-WAN connections between offices, warehouses and the cloud.

Business internet

Advice on business fibre and NBN Enterprise Ethernet, and carrier management.

Failover

4G/5G or secondary links that take over automatically when the main link fails.

Microsoft 365 optimisation

Local internet breakout so Teams and Microsoft 365 traffic takes the shortest path.

Architecture

Connected sites, reliable wireless

Each site gets a resilient edge and well-designed Wi-Fi, all managed centrally.

Where AI helps

Practical AI, switched on with care

Modern network platforms include AI analytics. We configure and interpret them for you — the AI belongs to the platform, the judgement comes from our engineers.

Platform feature

AI radio optimisation

Supported Wi-Fi platforms automatically tune channels and power based on historical radio conditions.

Platform feature

Experience prediction

Some platforms predict poor Teams or Zoom experiences and point to the likely cause.

Our approach

Survey first

AI tuning works best on a well-designed network, so we always start with a proper site survey.

How it works

A clear path from start to finish

  1. Week 1SurveyFloor plans, on-site measurements and connectivity review.
  2. Week 2DesignAccess point plan, link design and carrier recommendations.
  3. InstallDeployInstallation, configuration and failover testing.
  4. ValidateVerifyPost-install survey to confirm coverage and performance.

What you get

  • Survey report and heat maps
  • Access point placement plan
  • Site link and failover design
  • Carrier recommendations
  • Installed, tested equipment
  • Validation survey results

FAQ

Common questions

Do we really need a site survey?

For new fit-outs or persistent dead zones, yes. Walls, racking and building materials affect coverage in ways floor-plan software cannot predict.

SD-WAN or VPN?

A VPN securely links sites. SD-WAN adds intelligent routing across multiple links, automatic failover and priority for important applications such as Teams.

Is NBN Enterprise Ethernet worth it?

If you need symmetrical upload speeds, faster fault repair and priority support, often yes. Availability and cost depend on whether your site is in a business fibre zone.
