What it does

Send a compliant e-invoice in one click

Peppol is the network Australian and New Zealand businesses use to exchange invoices directly between accounting systems. Commonwealth agencies are moving to Peppol as the default for supplier invoices, and larger buyers are following. InvoiceLink makes Business Central a Peppol sender and receiver without changing how your team works.

One-click send

Dispatch a Peppol e-invoice directly from a posted sales invoice. No export, no re-keying, no separate portal to log into.

PINT A-NZ validated

Every document is validated against the PINT A-NZ XML schema before it leaves, so malformed invoices are caught before the network rejects them.

ABN validation

Customer ABNs are checked against the ATO Australian Business Register, so you catch a wrong or cancelled ABN before you invoice.

Inbound AP automation

Receive supplier e-invoices into Business Central with two-way purchase order matching. Available on Business and Professional.

Compliance dashboard

A readiness score and dashboard showing what is configured, what is sending, and what still needs attention.

5-year audit trail

Every sent and received document is retained inside Business Central for five years, with its validation result.

Questions

Common questions

What is Peppol e-invoicing?

Peppol is an international network for exchanging invoices directly between accounting systems, rather than by PDF and email. In Australia and New Zealand the agreed format is PINT A-NZ. Because the invoice arrives as structured data, the buyer does not re-key it, which removes a common source of error and delay.

Do I need a Peppol Access Point as well?

Yes. An access point connects your business to the Peppol network, and its fee is separate from InvoiceLink. We work with Tickstar, EFTS, Pagero and AAssureComply, and can advise on which suits your volume.

Does this replace my existing invoicing?

No. You keep raising sales invoices in Business Central exactly as you do now. InvoiceLink adds the ability to send the posted invoice over Peppol instead of, or as well as, emailing a PDF.

Which Business Central versions are supported?

InvoiceLink is built for Business Central online. It is published on Microsoft AppSource and installs as a standard extension.

What happens if an invoice fails validation?

It is held before sending and flagged with the specific schema error, so you can correct it in Business Central and resend. Nothing invalid reaches the network.

Is there a trial?

Yes, a free 30-day trial through Microsoft AppSource. We can also walk you through a demo in your own Business Central sandbox.
