Manage every Android device from one place

Core365 MDM enrols, locks down and reports on Android devices — Zebra scanners, warehouse handhelds and kiosks — through the Android Management API. Hosted by us, or self-hosted on your own infrastructure.

What it does

Built for the devices that run your operation

Most device management is built for office laptops. Core365 MDM is built for the rugged Android fleet that actually runs warehouses, workshops and depots — Zebra scanners on a picking line, a kiosk on a factory floor, handhelds that need to work the same way every shift.

QR enrolment

Enrol a device by scanning a code. Policies apply on first boot, so a replacement handheld is working in minutes rather than being configured by hand.

Policies and lockdown

Control which apps are installed automatically, available on request, or blocked outright. Lock a device to a single app for kiosk use.

Managed Google Play

A per-customer app list looked up in managed Google Play, including your own private apps published to your organisation.

Remote actions

Lock, restart and wipe. A wipe requires both the permission and a fresh authenticator code, so it cannot be triggered casually.

Compliance reporting

Summary tiles for compliance, devices that have not reported in, outdated security patches and failed commands. Export to Excel, PDF or CSV.

Usage for billing

Each customer’s highest device count per day is recorded, with monthly totals and estimated charges — useful if you resell to your own clients.

Security

Security built in, not bolted on

Authenticator required

Every user signs in with a time-based authenticator code. Not optional, not a setting someone can turn off.

Invite-only access

No open sign-up. Accounts are created by one-time invitation links, with lockout and rate limiting on failed attempts.

Row-level isolation

Every customer table enforces row-level security at the database, so one customer’s data cannot be read from another’s session.

Append-only audit

Every action is logged with the actor and IP address, to a log that cannot be edited after the fact.

Scoped roles

Four roles — owner, admin, operator and viewer. Core365 staff can create customers but cannot see their devices.

Hardened by default

Production refuses to start with weak secrets, test credentials, documentation endpoints exposed or non-HTTPS URLs.

Questions

Common questions

Which devices are supported?

Android devices managed through the Android Management API, including Zebra rugged scanners, handhelds and kiosk devices. Apple iPad and iPhone support is on the roadmap.

Can we host it ourselves?

Yes. The same code runs hosted by Core365 as a multi-customer deployment, or self-hosted for a single organisation. Self-hosting suits businesses with data residency requirements.

How does the trial work?

Every customer starts on a 30-day trial covering up to 10 devices. Enrolment stops at the limit; devices already enrolled keep working.

What happens if a licence expires?

New enrolment codes stop working, but devices already enrolled keep operating and can still be locked, restarted and wiped. You do not lose control of your fleet.

How is it priced?

Per device, with the plan and device limit set per customer. Contact us for current pricing against your fleet size.

Can we install our own apps?

Yes. Publish your app as a private app in managed Google Play, and it becomes available in your app list to deploy by policy.

See it running on your own devices
