HR that holds up across sites, shifts and permits
Core365 People runs the whole employee lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, leave, permits and visas, attendance, performance, training and offboarding — with approvals, audit and permissions built for organisations spread across multiple sites.
Modules
One record, the whole lifecycle
Most HR systems handle the easy parts and leave permits, probation and separation to spreadsheets. Core365 People covers the full lifecycle in one place, with effective-dated history so you can see what a record looked like on any past date rather than only how it looks today.
Employee master
The core record, with a field registry that lets you set each field as mandatory, optional or required at activation, plus custom fields and full effective-dated history.
Leave and attendance
Leave requests and balances, attendance and overtime capture, flowing into approvals rather than sitting in a separate tracker.
Permits and visas
Permit and visa records with expiry panels and automatic reminders — the thing most often missed when it is kept on a spreadsheet.
Recruitment to probation
Vacancy pipeline, applicant and offer panels, onboarding progress and a probation review panel, so nothing stalls between hire and confirmed.
Performance and training
Appraisal cycles with turn-taking so each side knows whose move it is, plus training records and expiry tracking.
Offboarding
Separation handling that shows what the leaver is owed, with the calculation working displayed rather than hidden.
Control
Permissions that match how you actually work
~150 permissions
Scoped to own, team, department, site or all — so a department head sees their department and nothing else, without a custom build.
Eight built-in roles
Plus custom roles you can create and edit yourself in Admin, rather than raising a ticket with us.
Configurable approvals
Workflows with delegation, escalation, an approval inbox and notifications in-app, or by email once SMTP is configured.
Audited attachments
File type and content checks, versioning, confidential files, audited downloads and a required-document checklist per employee.
Append-only audit log
Every action recorded to a log that cannot be edited afterwards, with tenant isolation enforced at the database by row-level security.
Import with a safety net
Template, mapping, dry run, commit and rollback — so a bad import is reversed rather than cleaned up by hand.
Day to day
Built to show what needs attention
A dashboard that tells you what is waiting rather than making you go looking. Overnight jobs check permit status, upcoming expiries, probation reviews and overdue approvals, so the first thing you see each morning is the exception list — not an empty search box.
Needs attention
A dashboard block showing what is waiting on you, alongside approvals in your queue.
24 reports
With CSV and Excel export, covering the modules rather than a single generic report builder.
Self-service
Employees handle their own requests and records, reducing the volume reaching HR.
Questions
Common questions
Who is Core365 People built for?
Organisations with staff across multiple sites or departments where permits, certifications and approvals matter — aviation, facilities, logistics and similar operations. It is currently deployed in aviation.
Does it work with payroll?
Yes. Core365 Payroll is a separate product that sits beside it. HR publishes events through an outbox that is held until the payroll link is licensed, so the two stay independent until you want them joined.
Can we change fields and roles ourselves?
Yes. Custom fields, the field registry and custom roles are all editable in Admin without involving us.
How is history handled?
Records are effective-dated, so you can see what a record looked like at any past point rather than only its current state. This matters for audits and disputes.
Is our data isolated from other customers?
Yes, by row-level security enforced at the database rather than only in application code.
Can we import our existing employee data?
Yes, through a template with mapping, a dry run before anything is written, then commit — and rollback if the result is wrong.
